What should I bring to Lisbon?

Lisbon in May offers mild and pleasant weather, making it an ideal time to visit. During this time, you can expect
daytime temperatures to range from 15°C to 22°C (59°F to 72°F), with cooler evenings, so it's important to pack accordingly.

Here’s what we recommend bringing:

1. Light Layers: Bring light, breathable clothing for the daytime, but be sure to also pack a light jacket or
sweater for the evenings when temperatures can drop a bit.

2. Comfortable Footwear: Lisbon’s cobbled streets, especially in neighbourhoods like Alfama, can be
quite uneven, so comfortable walking shoes are essential for exploring the city.

3. Sunglasses and Sunscreen: The sun can be strong in Lisbon, so we recommend packing sunglasses and sunscreen to protect yourself during outdoor events.

4. Portable Water Bottle: Lisbon is a city that invites you to explore, and staying hydrated is key!
Carrying a reusable water bottle will help you stay refreshed as you enjoy the sights.

5. Chargers/Adapters: Lisbon uses European plug types (Type C and Type F), so bring the appropriate adapters and ensure you have enoughchargers for your devices, especially if you're planning to use your phone for navigation.

6. Camera: Lisbon is incredibly photogenic, especially in the historic Alfama district, so don’t forget to bring a camera or smartphone to capture the beautiful views!

7. We suggest packing light, as Lisbon is a walkable city and you’ll want to be comfortable during the summit and your free time.

Looking forward to welcoming you to Lisbon in May!
