Code of Conduct

This Code applies to all staff, attendees, sponsors, speakers, and partners at interstella. 

interstella aims to foster a safe, inclusive and welcoming space where knowledge, ideas, and diverse perspectives can be shared openly and respectfully. Every contribution, big or small, helps create a memorable and meaningful experience for everyone. 

To maintain this environment, we have zero tolerance for inappropriate behaviour, including: 

• Offensive comments related to identity, appearance, or beliefs.
• Intimidation, bullying, or harassment.
• Disruption of events or unwanted physical contact.
• Aggressive behavior or substance abuse. 

‍We kindly ask all attendees to act with fairness and respect, helping us ensure a positive experience for the entire community. 

In addition, we remind all participants that compliance with EU competition law is essential. Please avoid discussing sensitive competitive information and seek guidance from your organization if you are unsure.

While we hope it is not necessary, InterStella may take appropriate action in response to any breaches of the Code of Conduct, which could include removal from the event.
